ORDERS, SHIPPING & TRACKING

How long does it take to process my order?
Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will start processing on the next business day. Please note: FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed on Friday will not arrive on the following Saturday or Sunday.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
If your order is still being processed, we will do our best to stop it so it can be canceled or modified. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your order has already shipped, you can email us at [email protected] for return information.

What is Holabird Sports' shipping policy?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday, and any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing on the next business day. Please note: FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed on Friday will not arrive on the following Saturday or Sunday.

Will my order be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged for orders placed in or shipping to Maryland, Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin based on local rates. Additionally, Lobster ball machines shipping to California will be subject to sales tax prior to shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is Holabird Sports' return/exchange policy?
Key points to consider regarding returns and exchanges include: All returns must be made within 90 days of the original order date and can be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded. What is Holabird Sports' warranty policy?
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. If anything is broken, missing, or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible. To make a warranty claim, follow the instructions below. You are also welcome to make a warranty claim in person by bringing the defective merchandise and your receipt to our showroom.

Is my order eligible for a free return?
You are eligible for a free return label if your product is marked with "Shop confidently with FREE RETURNS" on our site. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at +13335836349.

Are there free returns for APO/FPO, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
We do not offer free returns for APO/FPO orders. Shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free return shipping. The cost of return shipping for any products will be the customer's responsibility.

Can I return my shoes if I wore them for a run or walk?
We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpet or wooden floor to get a general feel before taking them out for exercise. Generally, we do not accept worn shoes for return.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your request, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to the original form of payment within two business days. You should see the funds returned to your original form of payment in a few business days, but please note, we do not control when your bank or credit card company issues the funds back to your account. You will receive an email notification once we’ve issued the refund.

How should I clean my shoes?
For most shoes, using a mild detergent and a bristle brush is an effective way to clean them. After cleaning, you can let them air dry or use a shoe dryer for quicker results, which also reduces the chance of bacterial growth. However, using a cleaning solution specifically designed for shoes can be a more effective option. Consider using a protectant spray to create a barrier against water and dirt before your shoes get stained.

How do I determine my arch type?
Identifying your arch type at home is simple. Just dip your foot in water and step onto a paper bag or a piece of cardboard (ensure it's larger than your foot). Examine the footprint you leave behind. If it looks like a full foot, you likely have low arches. If you see very little of your footprint, especially in the center, you probably have high arches. If your imprint falls somewhere in between, you likely have a regular arch type. Still unsure? Visit us in-store, and we’ll be happy to help you!

How often should I restring my tennis racquet?
Besides restringing when it breaks, you should consider restringing your racquet when it starts affecting your performance. If you notice that you’re consistently hitting the ball out, it might be time to restring to regain more control and playability.
