HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Refer to the individual Footwear Outsole Guarantee information below. If you have questions, please call us at  +13335836349 or email [email protected] before sending in your Warranty Claim; we are always happy to assist you.

For Warranty Claims not related to Footwear Outsole Guarantees, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Include a brief note and your RA number with your Warranty Claim.
Read our Return Policy for instructions on properly wrapping your package. Packages not properly wrapped may be refused.
Use padding and carefully box racquets when sending them back. This helps prevent additional damage during shipment, which could void your warranty. Do not send back racquet covers unless they are also defective.
